L'edizione 2012 sarà dedicata a Brian Phillips....

Un tributo dovuto all'atleta e all'uomo, il Trofeo Brian Phillips ai vincitori.

The first edition of the Cronosquadre della Versilia, was on 24 of Febraury 2008.

The event, born from an idea of Michele Bartoli, registered a great success.

90 Team of 8 riders (total of more of 700 participants).

In 2009 are 180 and in 2010 200 the teams that start from the seaside of Versilia, over 1,600 participants.

Attendance doubled in this unique event, which becomes a regular event for cycling enthusiasts.

The 2011 edition with even 200 teams at the start, was shocked by the sudden death of Brian Phillips.Brian participated with 7 friends, when he had an illness after about 3 km from the start.

The 2012 edition will be dedicated to him.
